In the
media

Together with Haarlem city ecologist Carmen Carpendale and Piet Veel, chair of KNNV Haarlem e.o., I was a guest on the podcast “Tierelier, the nature podcast of Zuid-Kennemerland.” We talked about the Nature Marathon 2025 in Spaarnwoude, organized by KNNV Haarlem e.o., IVN Zuid-Kennemerland, and Vogelwerkgroep Zuid-Kennemerland. Through excursions and workshops, we linked the results via Obsidentify to a “bioblitz page” on Waarneming.nl with the help of citizen scientists of all ages.
